It depends on your receptors. There are many compound which are bitter for one person and tasteless for the other. Genes play a major role here.

Hey Masha,

I would search within nutrients and in publications dealing with food chemistry. Some vitamins or amino acids have no bitter taste. A very old publication with a good overview about the taste of nutrients was published by Schiffmann et al. (see Link).
