I would suggest that you may want to look at the SJR Scimago Journal and Country Rank (https://www.scimagojr.com/) journal rankings list. Since the sustainability span among a range of disciplines you can attempt to identify journals based on discipline, language of publication, if they are open access or not. Once you identify your shortlist it would probably be worthwhile checking the publication related fees, since they could run into thousand of US dollars, which may pose a problem if their no research grants to cover the publication cost.

You may check the relevant papers according to your research paper and may select a journal. Journal of Cleaner production, International journal of sustainable development and world ecology. Sustainability, Science of total environment. Environment journals mostly prefer research papers relevant to sustainability.
