For doing a research in sustainability context, my PhD student and I are going to evaluate Management Integrity. As we are reviewing the relevant literature, I ask you all to discuss about two issues:
(1) the methods for evaluating or assessing managerial integrity,
(2) the effects of management integrity on sustainability reporting.

An interesting issue. Because the research thesis concerns the improvement of business management processes, taking into account the integrity of reporting and sustainable development, I suggest the following research questions:
- Does the improvement of business management processes to improve the issues of reporting integrity increase the scope and effectiveness of the implementation of planned business undertakings carried out according to the concept of sustainable development?
The basis of this thesis is the assumption of strong correlations between the improvement of business management processes, including the issue of improving the integrity of reporting and the effectiveness of the implementation of planned business projects, including those conducted according to the concept of sustainable development.
- Can increasing the scope of reporting integrity be achieved by extending the information requirements regarding reporting standards?
Increasing the scope of required information in the applicable reporting standards consists in adding to the financial reporting, based on financial statements also extended comments with supplemental information.
In the scope of the said supplementary information, information describing the qualitative elements of the company's development characteristics, development plans, relations with contractors, company brand ratings and other quality issues that are an actual complement to financial information should be included.
- Can increasing the scope of reporting integrity be achieved through a fully reliable implementation of the reporting process, through full compliance with applicable standards, non-practicing of creative accounting, compliance with reliable reporting standards?
The abovementioned standards of reliable reporting are maintained in order to maintain a positive brand image in terms of compliance with corporate governance principles and corporate social responsibility, business ethics, including the assessment of the company by both consumers, contractors and shareholders.
