Target Genes of E2F?

I am looking for the analysis of target genes of E2F. There are many genes mentioned in textbooks and various publications. However, I want to select major 4-5 genes targeted by E2F?

As we start charging the pouch cell, the voltage doesn't reaches to the upper limit but flattens at a particular value. What could be the reason?

We have set the voltage profile between 2.7 to 4.0 voltage to charge the cell. As we charge the cell it doesn't reach to 4.0 but flattens at 3.2 V.
