Young patient with two non-complicated colorectal tumors ( right colon and sigmoid colon) besides synchronic bilateral liver mets (segment II and segment VII/VIII). At first, he underwent Folfox Chemotherapy with biologics with partial response as in primaries lesions as in liver mets. He presents no comorbidities. The hepatic lesions can be resected by means of a laparoscopic approach with enlarged posterior right sectioniectomy for segment VIII and non-anatomic resection of the left lobe lesion (segment II). The main question is: what is the best surgical approach for this specific case?

A) Simultaneous Approach - lap liver resection and colon resection;

B) Reverse Approach - first - lap liver resection and second lap colon resection;

C) Classical Approach - first - lap colon resection and second lap liver resection.
