I am studying about symptom of "Autochthonous idea" of the patient of the dissociative disorder.
Originally, from the quotation of an old book of Wolfgang Blankenburg, I had know it as a case. He assumed the patient called Anne as derangement of ego. Her symptom was could not control her thinking ( perhaps early type delusion ) welled up.
These symptoms are classified which mental disease nowadays?
A similar symptom was existing in certain case of a patient of the dissociative disorder. The patient was in the process of reducing medicine, and she appealed for a symptom of similar Autochthonous idea. Her case was not able to control that her past memory was recalled, and she analyzed it with a thought by oneself.
Auditory hallucination and sound from the outside were never symptoms troubled with. This patient reaches the thinking of the obsessive-compulsive neurosis later. And I think that this symptom correspond to cluster C,OCPD (obsessive-compulsive-personality disorder ) of the DSM-IV-TR standard.
Are there the clinical case of the similar symptom in the patients of the dissociative disorder ?
In addition, if we think about this case from cerebral nerve research, what kind of opinion are possible ?
I replaced the word of "Autochthonous thinkng" to "Autochthonous idea".
Tawards the interpretation of this word ( idea ), is appropriate.

She explained her professional problems due to the mental illness. The author highlights the time of her hospitalization. She stated that, she lost control of her ability to process and synthesize information. Her thoughts began to cycle very rapidly, and she was unable to control these loops of negative ideation. She could no longer sleep for even an hour or make decisions. In the end the author stated that, there are a host of physiological and environmental causes and conditions that give rise to psychiatric illnesses. Psychiatric illness can be view as a mental disorder, or it can be viewed as an illness of the brain, with the mind being the best ally in illness management, the person choice can make all the difference in recovery.

I'm writing an article right now about these things, among others (I'm writing about disorders of sense of agency for thoughts and its possible cause in the form of malfunctioning working memory).

Moreover, you should also look for such keywords like passive thinking, automatic thinking, and especially "inserted thoughts". There are big discussions about these topics in cognitive psychology, psychopathology and philosophy of action, but I suppose you are interested more into clinical psychology(?).
I consider that automatic thinking is important at not delusion but realistic thinking. (in my research field)
And also I think that the delusion-type thinking is not come out as symptom of Dissociative disorder.
Passive thinking is interpretation be delusion-type because these are passively.
I think the normal thought process functions actively.
The reason why I am interested in Clinical psycology mainly, is issue of national psychiatry system in my country.
At same time, I am studing cognitive psycology and psychopathology(classical), and more.
