We are looking for a CE marked solution for fMRI (resting state and block paradigms) and DTI (deterministic/probabilistic tractography) analysis software/workstation. We would lie to avoid cloud-based solutions. Basic segmentation tools (for neurodegenerative diseases such as AD and MS) are welcome but not essential.
We are used to use common research tools for all these analysis (mainly MRtrix, FSL, FreeSurfer, LST) but we are now looking for a CE marked solution for clinical applications too.

Cesare Gagliardo I have used SyngoVia from Siemens for several years for clinical purposes (I have no conflict of interest, I'm just user). It has workflows for brain segmentation, but also for fMRI and DTI analysis. fMRI includes basic processing steps such as alignment between fMRI volumes and structural images, it uses the raw data to perform fMRI analysis so, basically, it makes almost all of an automatically way. DTI can be performed using fMRI activations as ROIs, or you can define them manually, it works fine, we use this combination in order to generate brain navigation maps for surgical procedures. It is not as flexible as FSL, but I think it may be enough for the clinical environment. We still use FSL, FreeSurfer, and so on, for research purposes.

I'm not sure if it is compatible with other MRI scanners, but you can check it with them.
Each major MRI vendor has its own FDA approved DTI and fMRI analysis package (e.g. Syngo, BrainWave, FiberTrak).
There are also many third party vendors e.g. BrainLab, Imeka, NNL.
