Dear all,

I would like to generate a chromatin accessibility profile (ATAC-seq / DNase-seq) for a normal (as normal as possible) colonic epithelium and I wonder if people would have a suggestion for a primary cell line derived from colonic epithelium. I've lookes at the likes of NCM469 and NCM356, but although they are derived from normal colonic mucosa, they come with an explicit warning, that the subpopulations may be tumourigenic and have an abnormal karyotype. On top of this ATCC has at least 6 cell lines that match "normal colon" search pattern, but at least some of them are reporting trisomies, etc. Finally, I'm aware of the 1CT cell line that is immortalised with specific factors, but I can't find any information of karyotype.

Any suggestions are very much appreciated,

Aliaksei.
