Most places that do this will do a good job. If I were you, I'd pick the one which, depending on where you live/work, gives you a combination of price and service. The technologies involved are pretty mature and thus your results will be dependent on the template you provide them much more than the skill/resources of the sequencing facility- as those shouldn't differ much. FWIW, I use ISU's DNA facility in Ames Iowa- because we're in Iowa now, but when I worked for UC, I used their core facilities once they got more convenient than sequencing it myself- yes, I am old school and spent many a day pouring gels, making phage, fooling with 33P, 35S etc. and all the other character building miseries that people don't have to experience anymore.
