I am taking a lab course for materials science. Can any one suggest a good text book for practical experiments dealing with various methods of synthesis of materials like sol-gel, solid state, microwave, sintering... etc.
Chapter 3 in "Solid State Chemistry:An Introduction" by L.E. Smart and E.A. Moore deals with different synthesis methods.with examples. It is simple and basic.
