If all three variables are measured or observed (vs. latent), then ordinary path analysis or regression could be used to evaluate each hypothesis.

H1: Testing path EI -> EB (for difference from zero, and positive sign)

H2: Testing path SC -> EI (for difference from zero, and positive sign)

H3: Testing path of SC*EI -> EB (note: SC*EI is a product term, which you may wish to form by mean centering each variable before multiplying). For H3, you'd want to include direct link of EI -> EB and possibly that of SC -> EB so as to get the relative contribution of the interaction term compared to the direct influence of the constituent elements on outcome, EB).

This could all be specified in a single path model.

When you perform the test for moderation, does not matter which kind of software you use, basically, you have a first step where you check the influence of IV on DV (H1) and a second step where you include the moderator in such a way you will have three relationships: IV --> DV (H1), Moderator --> DV (H2) and Interaction term (IV*Moderator) --> DV (H3). Actually, they do not to be performed separately; I'm just explaining how your hypotheses can fit in the test.

In the attached video developed by Prof Gaskin there is an example of this, performed in SmartPLS 2.0 (outdated software, but still working and free of charge), which I believe can help you.

Does not matter the SEM software you use, this is possible to perform in anyone.

I'm also sending a PDF file with conceptual and statistical moderation diagrams Hayes presents in this book (these are performed in SPSS and not in SEM software but I think they will be helping make you understand how moderation works and how the model can answer you hypotheses).
