Strike(gum) type material how to make solid?

Dear sir,

We are going to make solidification, that material nature is strike(gum) type there when we are going to applying vacuum getting frothing ?Can anyone provide information about solidification

Dear Vasu,

to avoid frothing apply vacuum at a slow rate ( xyz millibar per minute) and if possible stir the material while applying the vaccum.
