Hi Sunil Vasu Your work is very close to mine. I am also working on Polyaniline Emeraldine. Try using Dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) or Formic Acid ,NMP as Kaushik Shandilya said it can be useful .I personally tried Tetrahydrofuran (THF), but it was not helpful at all

Based on my personal experience DMSO works the best. However, PANI-ES is an adamant conducting polymer when it comes to solubility. So, usually I add surfactants to boost the solubility of the PANI-ES without compromising it's conductivity.

Basically, you can use any type of surfactant (acidic) during the PANI synthesis to boost it's solubility.

So generally, I use DBSA via ex-situ technique which means, I use it at the end of PANI synthesis which is much more easier to recover the final pristine PANI.

You also, can use the surfactant (DBSA or AOT or any suitable surfactant) in the start of PANI synthesis, however, your washing process might be challenging due to the soapy nature of surfactant.
