While design new structures (low-medium-high) with modern styles and evaluation of the performance of the existing buildings, there we need to consider the stregnth and stiffness degradation models in software. Also, we can use the hysteresis curves to simulate the cyclic loading on the building elements. How to include this in our models and what are the references to follow for doing this ?
