Stored data files?

I added a data set to researchgate repository. the doi is https://DOI:10.13140/RG.2.2.16968.23047

I tried to access this from the researchgate portal (without logging in) and it briefly showed me the file (after testing that I was real) but then it disappeared and a error message came up. I tried the same thing after logging in and the response was the same. What is wrong?

I did not have problems to download this data set. I tried it both being logged in and being logged out. - By the way, the correct links to this data set are and . Perhaps others may also try to download.
