among the different methods of calculating linear and turbulent welll losses, two are popular: one approach suggests to increase the well yield at the end of each step (the pump is not stopped) while following the second procedure the pump is stopped at the end of each step for a length of time the same as the preceding step. Do you have experience on what is the more advisable ? and for which geological environment ?
