I am working on pesticide effect at High, medium and low dose in Kidney, liver and gills of fish at 7, 14, 21 and 28 days. I have collected and calculated the data for Acetylcholineesterase enzyme. But confused whether One Way anova or Two way anova Is to be applied. I have performed Shapiro wilk test for normal distribution of data. I am attaching my data and Shapiro test result..........One way or Two way anova is to be applied........Kindly help.
It sounds like this is a repeated-measures design (same fish measured at 7 days, again at 14 days, again at 21 and 28 days). If so, you will need a analysis that takes into account the autocorrelation between these non-independent repeated observations. MANOVA can do that. You may need to do some reading on repeated measures design and analysis before proceeding; there are more issues than I could cover here.
@ Burke sir, thanku... Actually there is four set ( 7, 14, 21 and 28 days) each for high, medium and low dose. So total 12 set or 12 different fish. Each fish was dissected at their respective days and three tissue namely kidney, gills and liver was homogenised for enzyme analysis........data are the mean of triplicates of such set......

I am sorry, I did not pay attention to the fact that measures on kidney, liver and gill are also within-subject measures and are related. So you need to do anova for two within-subject factors: organs with 3 categories and time with 4 levels.
