Spike DNA into the blood without being washed away?

In order to make the reference materials for genetic screening of blood, I want to spike synthetic DNA into blood. However, the spiked DNA can easily be washed away during the first step of DNA extraction (rinsing and centrifugation) because it is not inside the cells. Is there a way to wrap DNA in something heavy such as liposome so it will not be washed away?
