Dear All,
I need to work on Speech Analytics for a client requirement. This is big data leading to approx 500 GB of data. We have calls that needs to be converted into text and then with the help of NLP and other techniques we will build the text mining models.
Currently we are evaluating tools that can help us in achieving this hence i request the group to please suggest the possible tools for the same as well as some literature on speech analytics as to what all can be achieved.

You can use speech-to-text translation to convert your speech data into text. Later you can use POS tagging, parsing, tokenization, etc for for text mining.

I have built text mining models in the past so i can perform word frequencies, plot frequencies, correlations, word cloud, hierarchical and k means clustering.
My challenge is that i will have the data in voice format hence the requirement is to look a tool that helps me to convert this big data of calls to text and then i can perform the said techniques.
