Specimen size for Sandwich Structure(Polymer Core + fiber facesheet) for Drop Weight test?

My core structure is PLA and facesheet is fibre. I Like to do drop weight test. I like to do design my specimen in ASTM D7136 standard. Is the standard is correct?. And share the spemen size for the standard.
