I am working in a organization.The main problems that have aroused is daily we have shortage in warehouse. The cause of this problems is there are imbalance of inventory management. This leads to late delivery to customers. Moreover, even though there is good systems in our company, still there are always problems arises.
Anyone may provide specific solutions to add value in inventory management while avoid shortage of materials in organization.

you need to determine your system characteristics, causes of Shortage to select the right model/technique that fit with your system.

I recommend evaluating the root cause of the problem through brainstorming, then taking corrective action and evaluating its effectiveness. Consider techniques related to logistics
Indeed sounds like it, somewhere along the supply chain.
Evaluating and eliminating the root cause should help you. Are you using QM, Six Sigma? Taking the Strategic Supply Chain view might be helpful to implement such an evaluation. Quantifying the impact of the "error" would be equally aiding to convince the management.

I suggest you should investigate the root cause of the problem and find a way to eliminate it. If you use Seven tools of quality it will be easier to Identify and eliminate the problem.
You need to run some reports that will identify the problem before it becomes major like:
- A report on items that have gone beyond the re-order point
- Critical items report-to check on stocks balances and expedite delivery.
- Daily unsatisfied issue report to avoid re-occurence
- Badges
