Journals are open and closed access, If you are looking for a quick publication then open-access journals are the best choice, which requires heavy funds for sure (better quality = more publication charges). An alternate option is to look for special editions or call for papers with Q1-ranked journals, your topic must match. that might help you publish your work quickly (2-4 months).
As the Peer review process is involved which itself is a rigorous one and requires some extra time to avoid mistakes. So open access journals do it much fastly as compared to closed access journals, as the people targeting closed access (Free publication) are much higher in number as compared to those who opt for an open access publication (with publication charges).
You may go for a short communication publication if you feel that your results are good enough and required to be published in a fast manner. That still requires on average 50 days to get published.
Durga Prasad one thing I forgot to highlight is that some of the journals are open access and charge a nominal publication fee for quick publications, most of them are not peer reviewed and hence fake. Most of the students got trapped just because they wanted to publish quickly with less amount involved. Do not forget to check for the MJL before sending your work to any journal.
