Hi everyone,

I am currently trying to establish NLRP3 staining in colon cryosections for immunofluorescence. So far, I have only found one antibody (ab16097) that specifically stains NLRP3 without unspecific staining of mucus and epithelium. This antibody is not any longer, and it was used in paraffin embedded sections.

I just wanted to ask, if anyone could yet accomplish staining NLRP3 specifically in colon cryosections (or paraffin colon sections) and, which antibody and protocol to use. Right now I am using the NLRP3 antibody ab4207 in a concentration range 0,1 to 1 µg/ml.

Would be very glad and thankful about any kind of advice!

Kind regards,

Martin
