Does anyone know a supplier or manufacturer of recombinant human p450s? I have an grant proposal that may rely on a a reliable source of human p450s. Specifically, I need purified enzymes, and most likely 0.5-2 g of each isoform of interest (mainly CYP 3A4/5 CYP2D6, and CYP1A2).
Microsomes won't work for the this particular application. Sigma has some, but it's about $1/µg, which is way too expensive for way too little.
I would also be open to p450 expression systems and/or purification kits or methods.

Corning has all these rP450 enzymes, old name BD Gentest, locate in Boston. Also you can buy these rP450s from Xenotech.

.I agree with Imad. Although you have to isolate a large amount of a metabolite you can increase the incubation time, instead of the amount of enzyme(s).
