Now a days due to social trades come into existence customer will not able to get correct report about the product, In other words the feedback system is not trustworthy. according to me one solution might be Only genuine buyer should give feedback about the product with his or her bill details?

Hi,
It is difficult that all buyers will be willing to disclose their purchase details on the public podium. Also, even if buyers start providing reviews along with invoice details, the businesses might still be able to play with it by generating fake invoices in xyz names, and then by providing rave reviews about their products.

very true but very difficult to create fake invoice in case of e Commerce I guess
Pic of the bill can be uploaded along with the feedback . This can validate genuine feedback from fake ones

Actually this may be the possible solution. But I think Solution is only optimum if the customer directly involved in this .

I think you can not force customers to show documents that confirm their feedback? you can select a sample of customers and chat with them in details about their experiences with products to find out their real feedback.
Very true but how we make the system better easiest and convenient for the users so that we get better and accurate feedback.
