what the maximum solubility of VU0240551 in how much %of DMSO?

what would be other vehicle can be used for the solubility of above compound in in-vivo seizure experiments?

There is need to carry out solubility study in DMSO and other selective solvents. Based on obtained results, we can proceed for selection of particular solvent because sometimes reported solubility may have significant difference as compared to measured solubility.
