Hello everyone,
I'm working on a project involving SolTrace and I've run into a bit of a challenge. I imported a custom mesh with around 25,000 elements, which was successfully processed and ray-traced(created in Solidworks, meshed in ANSYS, exported in STL, converted to .stinput in MATLAB, imported to soltrace and ray traced).
However, I'm now faced with the daunting task of handling the individual flux maps for each of those 25,000 elements. (.tec and .flx files, for interpolation and mapping in Ansys fluent)
Has anyone else dealt with SolTrace and large mesh sizes like this? How did you approach processing and analyzing the flux data for so many elements?
Any tips, tricks, or scripts would be greatly appreciated!
(attached is the sample 3D cone that I simulated, containing 25 elements in the receiver)
