Does anybody know any free software to build an illustration of the confirmatory factor analysis model (like in the attachment)? I use STATISTICA to perform the analysis itself, but it would be useful to illustrate the parameters in a fashionable way.
Can anybody help?

although I think AMOS is one of the best SEM softwares to effectively display CFA and SEM in a fashionable way, if you're looking for freeware I suggest you ONYX:

For freeware, the tikz packages in LaTeX offer much flexibility. This is how many causal diagrams (graphs) are created for scientific publications.
