What software is most suitable for the automatic analysis of iPSCs neurons images (we are using ZEISS Cell Discoverer 7 for fluorescence imaging)? We are particularly interested in examining parameters such as neurite length, number of primary neurites, soma surface (and maybe for Sholl analysis).

So far, we have been using the Simple Neurite Tracer ImageJ plugin for the analysis of neurons. However, we think that this plugin may not be as time efficient/valid as Imaris cell imaging software.
