Softened Contact - Exponential - too overclosure. How it is possible?

Hi,

It's my first topic so I introduce myself. I'm Iulen, I'm starting a PhD in Zaragoza (Spain).

I have created an exponential contact interaction between a deformable body and a rigid body with a P0=5e-03(pressure) and a C0=1e-1(clearance). However, I see a overclosure of 0.3 in my ODB file which would have to be impossible because Abaqus does not let displacements higher than clearance and the contact pressure would be enormous ( this does not happen) , the process would have to stop. Anyone knows the reason?
