The penetration of new technologies into the process of doing work and its ever shorter trajectory require people to believe in themselves - they believe that they are capable of solving problems.
2. Tolerance
Knowledge is increasingly created at the border of scientific fields (interdisciplinary, interdisciplinary and trans disciplinary knowledge). Jobs are performed with people of different cultures, religions, customs. For successful work, acceptance and respect for diversity, i.e. a feeling of empathy, is necessary.
Emotional Intelligence
The world of work after COVID and the global economic issues have experienced life and relationship transformation with increase in stress and emotional traumas capable of negatively affecting employee's work performance and organisational development in terms of people. Emotional intelligence thus becomes a very key skill necessary to identify, manage and provide support for solving workplace emotional challenges.
I think that it is one of the fields that is necessary not only for different jobs in the future. The field of technology and science is related to it. In the field of jobs, it can also be said that the growth of jobs based on the reports published from America (kashish Rastogi,2022) is in the two fields of professional health and computer technologies and artificial intelligence in the highest proportion, and therefore requires more people to master soft skills in the future. It is technology.
In my opinion the most important soft skills for the 21st century are:
1-Empathy
2-communication
3- leadership
4-conflit management
collaboration is the key to everything
future of work is changing which means we need to focus on our soft skills that can help us gain advantage
