Yaqub, what you seem to be asking for, connecting an external PC to a Cisco intranet edge router/firewall, so that this external PC can tunnel all of its packets securely to this edge router, and then use the intranet like any internal intranet host, is possible with the Cisco AnyConnect solution. You are not looking for a router-to-router tunneling scheme, so Cisco AnyConnect seems your best choice here.

You have to know how that specific edge router wants you to set up the AnyConnect app in your PC, how to get the security certificates, and what have you.

The PC software is available for free, but you'll have to figure out how to configure the application in your PC for that specific edge router. For example, there are instructions available online, for several different universities or other places offering VPN services, which you might look through to get an idea. Here's one from the UK, for a Windows 10 PC, that gives a step by step process.

Notice how installing the software is one thing, but then connecting to the particular edge router you will be using requires some specific instructions from the organization that runs the intranet.

It looks to me like you have two VPN tunnels: one from the client to the Cisco VPN router, and then a second tunnel from the Cisco VPN router to the Dumont VPN server. Did someone set up that Cisco VPN router to know how to terminate the first tunnel and direct the inner packets into the second tunnel, to the Dumont VPN server? That would be a manual configuration, it seems to me. And note that the IP address of the intranet server, and the IP address of the PC, are in different IP subnets (assuming mask 255.255.255.0 at both ends).

So, assuming the Cisco VPN router has correctly moved the PC's packets from the PC-to-Cisco tunnel to the Cisco-to-Dumont tunnel, then that Dumont box has to behave like a router, to send those inner packets from the PC's subnet to the intranet server's subnet. PC subnet is 172.20.10.0 mask 255.255.255.0, and the intranet server's subnet is 172.26.23.0, same mask. You need the Dumont box to provide a route between these two subnets. Or you need to change the PC's subnet to be the same as the intranet server's subnet.

Another potential option may be to set up a tunnel from the PC directly to the Dumont VPN server? That would cut out the Cisco middleman. Although I don't know if this is practical, from a software availability standpoint.
