Basically I want to do a study to find out the reasons behind the huge difference in academic performance between 2 batches.I have decided to use the annual results of both classes , and formulate a questionere asking questions like:

Aim and futures goals?

Level of interest in subject matter? (maybe ask about classes bunked,or stages/test failed)

why joined Physiotherapy?

Level of satisfaction with chosen field? (is THERE A scale to judge this?)

Willingness to join another profession if given an open chance?

Maybe this does not sound good,but I really wish to do some work for the sake of improvement of our department.

Sir,you are right in terms random variations possible.

Will give this idea another thought.
