SiRNA and plasmid co-transfection using lipofectamine 3000?

Has anyone used lipofectamine 3000 for co-transfection of siRNA and plasmid? I was wondering in the case of co-transfection, P3000 should not be added?

Hi Haytham,

I'm using Lipofectamine 3000 with a mammalian express vector at the moment and have yet to do gene knockout with siRNA. I was able to find an older question feed that should help with your question. Best of luck!
