Some of the Selaginella species will not correctly identify with the help of photograph of its plant. The detailed microscopic examination will be needed to correct identification at species level. I am exclusively working on heterosporous lycopsids, i.e. Isoetes and Selaginella, collected nearly all over India and feel such problem during identification. If you send me at list two plants, I will try to help you in this exercise. [email protected]
