In 1997 I defended my thesis entitled "Change of the socio-professional status of dentists in Bulgaria" . 20 yearslater my doctorate students repeated the sociological study of the socio-professional stratification and dynamics of the dentalprofession. There were achieved some important evidences supporting the mid range theories of socioloical stratification. Yes, i think that sociologial apects of the mobility, reproduction and internal labor diision in healthcar delivey services , and the medical and dental education as a major instrument worth to be studied. I would like to congratulate the authors for choosing the topic and hope more comparative stdies ill be published.
