So, i think you are having problems with data visualization.

You can use PowDLL (uoi.gr) to convert your .RAS file to a readable .XY, .dat, or whatever.

I mean to ask that , after completion of the XRD testing of the sample; as a result, we will get output from XRD testing as SAMPLE.RAS file. With that SAMPLE.RAS file, how can we get the chemical compositions of that particular sample?

So, if you want to know the phase, you need first to check the peak positions in a database using search-and-match software.

Considering free softwares, download QualX – Software Ic (cnr.it) and import the Crystallography Open Database (http://www.crystallography.net/cod/) on it.

There are a plenty of QualX videos on Youtube.
