I want to simulate cyclic behavour of a material to compare experimental vs numirical results (pressure controlled test by 2 Mpa/sec) how can I do that because I always get straight line ! ?
How is your test setup? Please provide more information if you want exact solution.
Considering you have pressure test setup, as you mentioned, your component can be loaded to fluctuating pressure with respect to time. You can apply proper displacements to your test component where your giving fixity in the test setup.
actually I wan to know how to make a curve fitting using material model, where I just have to upload txt file with force values and get as solution the deformation
which material model is applicable ? and how can I upload the file since is 50000 data
You can create new material in engineering data if you are using Ansys Workbench as well as in material model if using Ansys APDL. Then you can input your material data.
It will be good for you if you minimize the test data points and will be logical to include required only points in the material model. This will not reduce your accuracy.
I think you can copy paste large amount of data in the Ansys workbench from excel file. Similarly you can also copy paste your data in the Ansys APDL.
