Hello; I wish to simulate a dipole above a plane of symmetry (perfect H). I must have a directivity equal to twice the directivity of the dipole but it is not the case. I did : Symmetry boundary>Perfect H>Edit port impedance multiplexer>2 I get the directivity of a single dipole with a desadaption S11 I do not know where is the probleme !!!

whene i replace a symmetry boundary by boundary perfect H (not symmetry) the directivity increases (around 6dB) but I lose in adaptation, I thought to change the impedance of my lemped port of Z = 73ohm to z = 100 ohm, with that I adapt better but I want to know if with that I can consider that my simulation is correct (as if I have 2 dipoles) ?? knowing that normally , i have to find a directivity not exceeding the 4.5dB not 6dB

anyone help me please !

thank you
