We are dealing with enrichment of low abundance mutation in ctDNA samples.

As in many papers, DSN enzyme was commonly used to eliminate the wild type molecular in ctDNA samples.

However, we found only the enzyme provided by Evrogen was involved, since it might had much more specificity on mismatches between wild type and mutant ones than other common DNAse.

I am wondering is there any similar enzyme that can work perfectly as Evrogen?
