As I have been studied gravity from the first principles both theoretically and experimentally, I think that so-called "gravitational waves" as the solution of some eqs. of general relativity are non-existing thing. What do they carry? Nothing... How can nothing influence matter? Those solutions are only mathematical, which were obtained under special non-physical conditions. What did their laser interferometer measure? There are a number papers in which researchers talking about cosmological factors - something happened practically simultaneously in our galaxy and even in far distant pulsars and on the Earth. This was proved by analysing spectra: A comparison of the spectral peaks of seismic noise of the Moon frequency with the frequencies of known pulsars PSRJ 1803-1857 and № PSRJ 1107 [O. Khavroshkin, V. Tsyplakov. Hydrogen maser: solar periodicity. Engineering Physics, 2014, No. 3, 25-34 ] The values of frequencies were from approx. 0.3 to 0.4 Hz. This means that the physical vacuum is a substrate that obeys by its own rules. Thus, the LIGO interferometer measured the splashes of inerton fields, or batches of inerton signals.
