Should we allow our students to use the dictionary in the translation exam?

Is it possible to allow our translation students to use their mobile dictionary for the exam?

It depends on the kind of examination, if it is general, you can allow them to use dictionaries, but when the exam is specific, you are free to choose. Any way, it depends on the rules set in your university.
