Now a day large number of international journals offer speedy publication (by next day/week) with various types of impact factor / indexing.

Such, journals are not checking plagiarism, originality or even research contributions. Yet, this journals are having impact factors such as Google scholar index, JCC Impact Factor, OAJI, Index Copernicus, DRJI, SSRN etc.

How to identify scholar journals, those are publishing real research? Do we have norms to judge journal? Please share your view.
