If we consider that raising/educating a child to help him/her become a good human being is one of the most difficult tasks people have to perform in life; one cannot help but to wonder why is there no need for a licence or a testing of some sort to become parents? When one needs some skills testifying for almost anything else from entertaining, to cooking, to mopping floors, to driving a car or caring for animals in a zoo etc.????
Yes, there should be a test for people to become parents; and I hope 90-95% population (if I am not exaggerating) will fail the test, deep down inside our hearts, we all know that how incompetent we are to be parents,......our ghosts shadow our children's lives, as our lives were shadowed by our parents' ghosts, so cycle of incompetent parenting goes on.....
Test is needed.But if there is any inconsistency there must be a medical to solve problem.
The problems with this seems to far exceed the benefits. Who could make such a test? Who could judge it? What should we do with all the people that would be getting pregnant without the right credentials.
