Dears members, I am working on shoreline delineation using landsat 8 OLI,
Could you please provide me a link to download the tasseled cap with landsat for arcgis .tbx extension for arcgis 10.5.
Secondly how to extract the shoreline boundary from landsat 8 images using arcgis 10.5

I don't think using Landsat will give you an accurate shoreline. Most of the work in shoreline measurements are with LiDAR. If you want toe, crest and shoreline, here is an example with LiDAR that finds all three. From the URL example below the blue line is raw LiDAR data of the shoreline. The light blue line is shoreline smoothed. The purple line is raw LiDAR data crest. The pink is interactive data crest points smoothed. The red is raw LiDAR data of the toe. The yellow is interactive data points of the toe. The black line is the toe smoothed. This data was from south Texas just east of where SpaceX is located. The tool works on landsat 7 ETM + and Landsat 5
For L8 OLI you have to manually calculate Brightness, greenness, wetness and NDVI then use tasseled cap function
