The environmental policy should be synchronized internationally. There should be greater compliance and transnational cooperation on the implementation of pro-ecological reforms in the energy sector, reduction of greenhouse gas emissions and improvement of recycling processes, waste segregation and reclamation degraded by the development of the natural environment areas of the industry. Over-national institutions such as the UN, the World Bank, etc. should gain more importance in the coordination of solving global problems such as the ongoing global warming process.

I agree that there should be national/country-specific ecological policy. I actually think a number of countries would have this. The challenge is after the policy is developed.
Is it implemented? How are the policies implemented. Are the policies cascaded across the various sector of the country? Do the countries partner or collaborate other nations is the policy implementation? These might be pertinent questions to consider in addition to the issue raised.
The world is a 'global village', hence national policies might need to be developed and implemented in collaboration with other countries.

Strongly agree but the policy should be formulated through wider consultation interacting on international platform. Issues cannot be synchronized addressing the problems of particular area, concerns should address the global problem, applicable for implementation and also can be address mitigation simultaneously.

Firat of all the changes in the Earth's climate have been driven by natural forces - mainly solar variability..
Second the modest global warming (about 1*C) since the end of the Little Ice Age in the late 1800s has been positive // colder global temperatures are more stressfull and dangerous to life thanwarmer temperaures,
Third the increase in atmospheric carbon dioxide concentrations has produced a significant increae in nglobal et primary productivity (photosynthesis).
Why the coincern?
All concern philosophers says and literate through CC problem which is almost similar ideas not new one and conventions, treaties based on dialogue inherent CC. So in my opinion left all theoretical part of the problem ,come in to the solution without identifying the problem. That is mitigation from single efforts of all nations by promoting ecofriendly infrastructure and energy reducing concrete jungle with the best solution -plantation. Protect natural forests and cover worlds open space through plantation that is the best option to save the Earth.
