I not understand what you mean by "the resulted cell walls are not round and clear as cell walls". All protocols for the extraction of the wall by plant cell provide cell wall material  and not intact and round cell walls. The material you obtained is that expected. I advise you to pulverize this material before weighing it and treat it with any chemical agent to optimize the analysis.

You don´t need to have round shape cell wall material, you should better be worry about homogeneity of your samples prior to any kind of polysaccharides analysis, on the contrary, if you aiming for a 3D visualization of your polysaccharides of round shape cell wall material, that´s is another protocol that you should be doing.

Cell wall doesn't have to be "round" for you to analyze. To be honest I never found them to be "round" after breakage. For a "good" wall sample preparation for polysaccharide composition analysis in your case, i.e., cultured cells, you need to pay attention to the breakage of cells after the physical method you choose. This could be determined by light microscopy and you need to make sure that >90% cell are broken/ruptured. After that you can spin down the wall derbies and then wash the wall material extensively following the preparation of "Alcohol Insoluble Residue (AIR)". Then the wall sample should be good for sugar analysis. There are many versions of AIR prep available with slight differences in the reagents people use.
