Many organisations have their Strategy Document. This document specifies strategic objectives of organisation as well as roadmap to reach them. Should this document be a part of Quality Management documentation or it could be kept separately but referred in QMS documentation, e.g. in Quality Manual ?

in my opinion, QMS documents should be part of the strategy implementation process, ensuring that the quality objectives set in the strategy plan are properly measured and implemented
