Now i am testing the therapeutic effect of a new humanized antibody in mouse model, and the original rodent antibody has been proved to be effective in B6 mice. Should i use nude mice for this experiment? As nude mice cost a lot and i am not sure if the immune response will occur after human igG injected into B6 mice. Is there any paper using normal mice for testing humanized antibody?

I think you can use thymectomized rats or mice for your preliminary study. Because as you conveyed, if you wanted to use nude mice, you should pay significant amount, then for the first study you can make thymectomized animals.
