I am analyzing the levels of compounds produced during fermentation by 16 yeast strains via GC-MS.
Example of my data:
Yeast Ethanol Level
1 100
2 3000
3 1400
4 750
From this data I would like to compare the level of Ethanol across the yeast strains and to determine whether the differences are statistically significant.
What would be the most appropriate test for this?
